It's important to be positive but we over eaters may tend to stuff our feelings down with food. I can't help but think that the more we eat, the more feelings we are avoiding. I like to feel good and not bad but what do you do with those bad feelings. Ignore? Exercise them away? Talk about them? Hmmm?
