This particular plan doesn't have a whole lot of basis in established, reproduceable science, I'm afraid. I"m not going to say it's going to hurt you, but the principles it espouses simply aren't supported by a great deal of evidence.
This blog by a SP member as a lot of fantastic resources and rebuttals for "The Plan" you should check out.
If "The Plan" starts with one, skip it and move straight to the healthy balanced diet phase.
But if you're adamant you want to do it, you can replace foods you don't like with similar ones. If you don't like blueberries, do you like any other berries? Beets are a root veg, so how about carrot, sweet potato, or parsnip?
But the best idea is to skip the detox. It's a myth, a scam, a fad, and completely unhealthy.

I plan on starting "The Plan" this weekend so I have been reviewing the receipes and preparing myself however there are a few things in the detox that I do not like and was wondering can I replace them with something else.
Blueberries & Beets.
At the end of the day if I have to eat them I will try but really perfer not too!!!
