Good job. I am working on that same plan. I am able to an amazing amount of food within my calorie range when good food replaces the junk.

KEP5217, you are so right. The calorie difference between the popular junk and awesome fruit and veggies is crazy! And the healthiness factor difference is even crazier! You have found the keys to success.

It's amazing how little calories you use up when all of your processed snacks are thrown out and they are all replaced with good fruits and veggies! I feel so much more energetic throughout the day now that I have made this switch! Going on two weeks now and still sticking to it!
