Hello all I am a very active 32 year old single mother. I have sever food allergies to nuts and fish. I also had Gastric Bypass in March of 2009 and I want to get back on track, beause I have more weight I want to loose. Any suggestions are helpful espeially my bariatric surgery people out there. As you know it's hard and right now I need the right track to get on.
