Whose computer were you trying before? If it was an office computer, many businesses limit the sites you can access. Some of them consider SparkPeople a "social media" site and don't enable it (although if it's your workplace, they'll usually stop blocking if you ask and explain that it's a health maintenance program.)
Thanks for your reply. I just went to my husband's computer after he signed out and I signed in using my name and p/w and it worked. I can not retest the out of town computer but it is working now. Perhaps it was that he unchecked the "remember me" box at sign in as was mentioned as a suggestion. Thanks again to you and everyone else for responding so quickly. Regards, Holly
Hi Jen, It will not accept my log in and comes back up stating the info is incorrect. Could it be that I am logged in at home and when I go elsewhere the system sees me as on somewhere else? If this is the case, I will log out before I got to another location.
Good Morning, I have tried to access SPARKPEOPLE from other people's computers here and at other locations and been unable to make my login and passwork gain access. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? I want to do this so that I can use Food Tracker. Thanks in advance for any help with this. -Holly
