It's only been 2 weeks, but I take measurements on Fridays. I don't have a lot of weight that I want to lose, so only seeing the scale drop about a half of pound is frustrating....HOWEVER!, thankfully I've taken measurements. My tummy area has always been my trouble zone. In the last 2 weeks, I've lost 4.5" from my waist!!! .75" have come off my hips which is Dislike Zone #2. So, when I stepped on the scale this morning and saw I had lost 0 lbs since last Friday, I got a boost of Woo Hoo-ness taking measurements (even if it's less bloating in my waist, I'll take it because my pants fit way better!).
Oh, and I lost an inch around my already skinny stick arms...lol Go figure.
