Welcome, Redd! I am 55 myself and definitely addicted to carbs - at least the sugary, processed kind. I am trying to keep my carbs to fruit and veggies, but it is HARD!

Hi, I'm Redd. In my late 50s. 2 years ago my highest weight was 225 pounds. Got down to a low of 162. Almost year ago changed meds and immediately went up to 186. Changing meds not an option. Trying to get motivated again for another long road! Anyone working with a low-carb diet. Feel addicted to carbs!
