I purchased one years ago and I use it at least 3-4 days a week. I purchased a ProForm Bike with lots of preprogramed options along with a manual one. My advice is to make sure the seat and seatback are durable. Mine has gotten lose over the years and I have to keep making sure it is tightened.

I am going to be purchasing a recumbent bike for home and have been looking at them online and am needing more ideas on brands and what types of thing you recommend I look for or things that aren't necessary.
