Occasionally, I have a sweet tooth. Fat Free Fig Newtons and Reduced Fat Oreos taste almost like the full fat ones! Yummy!

Nonfat greek yogurt (i like Fage 0%). I've tried the full-fat and I prefer the nonfat.

I agree on the Laughing Cow - that stuff is great!

I also buy Light and Fit Greek Yogurt. I love it!

I have to have fat free cottage cheese and milk.

There are some DELICIOUS Light Sharp Cheddar Cheeses---lactose free too.
And Laughing cow cheese will forever be a favorite.

I use Land O Lake's Light Butter with Canola Oil and love it :)

Trader Joe's makes good light wheat bread and tortillas too. Yes, they are smaller, but I just look at it as leaving more room for veggies and such.

I don't drink juice much on it's own (diet or regular), but I'll get the light sometimes to mix with soda water and vodka.

Lite versions usually have more sugar in them...check out the label...anything with ose and itol I stay away from. Maybe eat foods foods that assist in burning fats like cirus, oats, veggies broccoli, spinach, artichoke, lima beans, peas, cabbage and carrots are excellent sources of minerals while being low on calories. Veggies donít contain fats either and their carbohydrate count is very low...

try Baked Portobello Pizza
2 large portobello mushroom, stem removed
1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce or tomato sauce each one
1 tsp of Romano or Parm Cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tablespoon sliced black olives, optional
1 slice of red onion, chopped small
1 clove garlic, chopped or minced
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place the mushroom on a Pam Olive Oil sprayed baking sheet, and fill the cavity of the portobella with the minced garlic, then add the parm or romano cheese, raw onion, mozzerella and spread sauce in the cup of the cap. Top with parm or romano cheese
Bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden. These are soooo good and sooo easy.

Portobellos are mostly water, have B vitamins and are wheat free....no pizza dough that will make you fat! Portobellos are a veggie based protein.... A Portobello mushroom has more potassium than a banana.

I love part-skim mozzarella even though whole-milk tastes best, but I usually get part-skim anyway unless the grocery store doesn't have any on the shelf. I eat fat-free or reduced fat greek yogurt practically everyday. I love it. Other than that, I can't think of anymore reduced fat/low fat versions of things I eat because the majority of my fat comes from olive oil, avocados, nuts, etc. Oh, I don't touch margarine. Give me real butter!

Sometimes I'd rather enjoy the taste of full fat that not be satisfied with a lighter version, but there are some good options out there.

Today I discovered that Trader Joe's Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese is really delicious. I made pizza for my family and put the light cheese on 1/2 of the pizza (with tomatoes and mushrooms). It was yummy! 50% less fat (3 grams instead of 6) and 40% fewer calories (45 calories instead of 80).
