This 3 mile walk really surprised me... I actually break into a sweat doing this... great walk workout!

Ignore the 1st minute as it is just a commercial. I don't use the belt but hold 1 lb weights throughout the video... sometimes changing for 3 lb weights when the video participants take the handles out from their exercise belts.

Can anyone recommend a good walking DVD? I've been biking for months now but the weather will change soon making biking difficult if not impossible.
