I found that when I was slim I used toput lotion on every day after a shower or before going to bed. It was a way of keeping in touch with the way my body felt. As I gainedweight emoticon was. It's time to love my body again and out lotion on daily as another way of loving and accepting myself. I'll bet that I feels the thighs, waist, and hips go back down.Shaun
