If the recipe isn't already in the Spark Recipe section on the website, then just add it. You can plug in each ingredient plus how much of each needed and then the # of servings/how much per serving. You can add it to your nutrition tracker from there easily if you end up making it again! :)

I had friend helping me cook a few days ago. We did the tuna noodle casserole out of the spark people book and the cucumber dip. We also did mashed potatoes from a recipe I had it uses greek yogurt. All of this was awesome and a lot is left over. How do I record this in nutrition and do I have to weigh all food before I eat it.
I ordered the new book from walmart.com but it won't get here in time for the challenge
