This is a link to the PFChange original recipe, http://www.food.com/recipe/p-f-changs-chic
ken-lettuce-wraps-15865. It's not exactly healthy but will give you more ideas maybe.

Maybe try lettuce wraps. Saute a very fine dice of onions, garlic, corn, shredded carrots, maybe some mushrooms with a few fresh herbs (whatever you do like or want to try). Add in your finely diced or shredded meat of choice (chicken works really well). The point is to get as small a consistency as possible - which also helps to fool sensitive taste buds. A few splashes of soy sauce, a sprinkle of garlic powder, a dash of lemon juice, a dash of chili sauce if you like heat...wrap in fresh lettuce leaves. This is healthy, crisp, flavorful and you can play with ingredients to try new veggies (squash for example).

I'm in need of many recipes without veggies. The only veggies I like are: CORN, CARROTS, POTATOES, LETTUCE, AND RAW CABBAGE IN A SALAD.
Since I was a child, I never liked veggies. I only started eating salads at the age of 33, which has been for the last 18 years. Now salads are one of my favorite meals. But, I need some ideas for getting more recipes to my liking.

THANKS TO ALL,
