Found this on line. I was going to make it for my husband this next weekend. Thought it might be what you were looking for! No-bake protein oat bars Ingredients: 2 cups dry oatmeal 4 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best) ½ cup natural peanut butter 1/3 cup of water or milk
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper. Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars.
Since these bars have a good amount of healthy fat, they are best used when you’re not preparing to exercise or recovering from your session, when fat should be avoided.
I am sure you could add dried fruit and nuts to this and it would still work!

I don't think that milk would work in no bake oatmeal bars. If they aren't to be baked, you need some binding ingredients.
The Spark Cookbook has different recipes than what is listed on the site. There are only a few that are in the book that may be listed on the site.

I am still looking for recipe for no bake oatmeal bars using oats, milk raisins and cinnamon. And still need to hearif most of the recipes on the Spark site are in the Spark Cookbook. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
