Sounds very yummy. I am going to try this for sure. I have two kids, and I think they will like the whipped topping! Great for Summer. Thanks for sharing.

This sounds like a "while I'm watching T.V." snack. Thank you.

Hey everyone! I tried out a new recipe last night that I came across in one of my cooking magazines. I thought it was delicious (my family did too), and a great way to dress up some fruit:

Crunchy Apple Salad
6 tablespoons fat-free vanilla yogurt
6 tablespoons reduced-fat whipped topping
1/4 teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
2 medium red apples, chopped
1 large Granny Smith apple, chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, whipped topping and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Add apples and cranberries; toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with walnuts and remaining cinnamon before serving. Yield: 5 servings, 3/4-cup each.

I used to calculate the nutritional info:

Total Carb: 29g
