I would be curious to see how you feel if you switch your chicken (to dinner) with your fish (to lunch). I feel like fish seems to stimulate my hunger if I am not occupied with work.

I'll second what Sunshine said. Your body might simply need more calories. That's certainly been the case with me. I've been trying to stay between 1200 and 1300 calories per day. But the fact is that its not enough to sustain my regular running schedule. Last night I was really hungry and today my run was just awful. I realized that I simply need to eat a bit more so that I can remain active and productive.

Make sure that you are truly hungry and not just craving potato chips though!

It is true that I am more active now....I hadn't even thought of that.

You may be more active than you were.....your blood sugar has probably dropped which can lead to hunger and cravings..

Are you eating more earlier in the day? It might help to save more calories for your evening meal.

I had the same issue last night so I am going to try to redistribute everything.

I do not typically snack at night but in the past week I have been feeling hungry (I think) at night.
I have been doing the same thing all along and I just can't figure out why this is suddenly happening.
Any ideas?
