I normally trail run but have been in the gym for the last fortnight because of injury. I like that I can zone out and not have to worry about safety or it getting dark. I chuck on the iod and away I go.

I love the gym because it's a place where I can vent out any frustration I have built up and work on my body. It's like a stress reliever for me, but with repeat trips you slowly see yourself getting stronger or toner, or fitter ... Whichever your results fall under. Seeing results is also a reason I like to go.
