beans definitely fill you up. I also like cucumber rolls made w brown rice.

The menus include many foods that really fill me up for a time and then I feel great. Sometimes I'd like to stop about midway through the meal but later, I find I do not get hungry. I am eating more beans and pulses, and the carbs are much higher in fibre. It seems to be working. Thanks.
