When I get sick I just eat very light or not at all if my stomach is really upset. I also drink plenty of fluids and don't worry about my eating plan. You can start back slowly once you feel better! emoticon

I would focus on getting a lot of nutrient-dense vegetables and fruits in the next few days to replenish lost electrolytes and nutrients in a balanced manner. Eating them raw will allow their enzymes to stay active so they can help in digestion and gaining maximum absorption of their nutrients.
I also like fresh ginger tea if I am experiencing nausea.

Be realistic, just mark today as zero or make a good guess. No one will give you a bad grade, it ain't that big a deal, in the long run. If you eat more tomorrow, just put that amount in, it's ok.

OK, someone tell me if you can. I had my dinner on track yesterday etc... and then last night was em... sick (vomiting) all night, pretty much threw up everything I ate, how does that effect the diet and keeping track of the food? Just a totally crazy question cause I've been ill all day today and haven't wanted anything to eat today had to force myself to drink tea & water.
