I am so upset with myself. I have gained 2 lbs and I have been good with my food. the exercise not so much. I hate it and just can't seem to find anything i want to do. Even walking in the area where I live the middle of nowhere is dangerous because you have to walk on the side of the road. and, it's a main road. I just feel like I'm in a room with no way out.

Please talk with your doctor about this. While SparkPeople is a wonderful community of support and encouragement, when it comes to medical issues, especially blood sugar issues, it is best that you discuss this with your healthcare provider.
I really think this is something you need to talk to your doctor about. While SparkPeople is a fabulous communtiy full of really helpful folks, when it comes to a serious health issue such as this, we "laypeople" really can't advise you.

I have been faithful to log my food and to exercise up till last week. Two day's in a row my sugar bottomed out while I was walking on the treadmill. I have tried to eat right before exercise and also keep some snacks and juice handy while I exercise. But, since last week, every time I go about 10 minutes on treadmill I start shaking all over and my sugar is down in the 50 and 60's. I funciton at my best when its right around 130. Please give me any suggestions at all.
