to SparkPeople and good luck on your weight loss! Many here have lost 100 lbs or more, it's not easy but it can be done. Get involved in some active teams and log in every day, track your foods, and do what you can in the way of exercise. Walking is mostly what I do and have lost 80 lbs so far.
