Good Luck! I just started too, and I am like you - done with the yo-yos and making it a lifetime thing (I am including cheat days though of course...because I love food!).

Hi Everyone, my name is Tracy I have just returned to SP yesterday. I was a member years ago but didn't utilize it to its potential. My goal this time is to become a more active member by making posts, replying to others posts, using the fitness videos, trying recipes etc. So here It goes my first post :)
My weight has been a struggle my entire life. Lots of yo-yo dieting and fad diets. Some of which were successful but only short term unfortunately. I am now at a point in my life where I am done with short term results and then gaining back and then some....I am wanting to find something I can stick with forever! I am currently at the highest weight I have ever been and am ready to lose it for good!
I am hoping that with the tools, motivation and support from this group to finally win this lifelong battle! If anyone wants to help motivate eachother let me know :)
