I'm having fun starting again - Yes, I lost this weight before. My friend Rev Mary Lou explained that if I released it instead of losing it, it wouldn't need to find me again. ;]
I am blessed to have a supportive husband who is doing this with me. We are tracking our progress, and setting goals together (and separately).
