Hi Corie,
Welcome to SP!
This is a great site with lots of tips and tools to help you reach your goals. Members are supportive and helpful.
One of the best ways to stay accountable and motivated is to be active on your Spark Teams.

You can do it!

Corie welcome to Sparkpeople. You have come to the right place. This is the best website. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. Lots of good information and useful tools that will help you along the way.
Be sure to read the Getting Started Guide and take it from there. Join a few teams and become involved. This is where you will get most of your support and make friends too. You may find reading the Success Stories helpful too as they are all very motivating.
Good luck in reaching your goals. Together we will travel this weight loss journey and reach our goals too.

I have a year and a half before I turn 40. I want my 40's to be better and healthier than my 20s and 30s! I have to make a change and make it last the rest of my life. No more "diets". I want to undo any damage I've done to my body over the years. I have to stop thinking I'll make a change "tomorrow". It has to be now and I'm ready!
