I weighed myself this morning and didn't like what I saw!!!! Ready to make a change. Would like to make fitness an important part of my life in the process of losing 20 pounds. I am 42 with a husband who has recently lost almost 60 pounds....and two very active children.
I would love to be a part of a support system for anyone in the same boat!!!!
