Recently there have been some major changes in my life and I'm trying to learn how to do things differently. My granddaughter has moved in and she is such a great child. Kind, fun and very loving; did I mentioned how she has a beautiful smile. My lifestyle has completely changed and it is starting to cause some stress on me. I'm used to high activity and finding motivation in my times of fitness. I am active with my granddaughter, but she cannot do things to the level I'd grown use to. My health has taken a backwards walk this last month and I'm putting on weight too fast. I've lowered my calorie and saturated fat intake and I am still active at a level she can keep up with. She is well behaved so that is not an issue. She likes playing with the kids in the nursery at the gym, but my time limit is less than I'm use to and my activity level has decreased dramatically. I am going back to the 10 minute a day exercise strea to help my consistancy stay intact while I go through this transition.
