Thank you. When searching for items I noticed some added thr fat calories. I don't want to add a food and have it inaccurate.

In your example, total calories would be 400, with 50 of them coming from fat and 350 of them coming from something-other-than-fat (i.e. carbs or protein).

Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)

On a few items I notice it says calories, and then calories from Fat. I am confused on what the total calories would be. Example if it says Calories: 400 Calories from Fat: 50 would this be 400 calories or 450?
