Innocent by Scott Turow; This is the sequel to Presumed Innocent from way back - the story of Rusty Sabich - and he is being tried again for murder - this time for his wife. I would highly recommend this book!

Thank you Butterfly4411, I also like to read Nora Roberts. I was taught as a child that romance fiction was inappropriate so I don't often admit that I love to indulge in her books and those of Nicholas Sparks and Danielle Steele. It is nice to know I am not alone.

Love, Judy emoticon

I'm reading Why Aren't You Sweet Like Me? by Carrie Nyman.
I won it in a giveaway at Good Reads.
It's historical fiction set in WW2, based on letters and telegrams the author's grandparents sent each other.

I've just started reading "Babel No More: The Search for the World's Most Extraordinary Language Learners" and I'm looking forward to learning some tricks from hyperpolyglots! I've also got a book about Spinoza and secularism on the agenda. I like non-fiction.

I just LOVE Christopher Paolini's Inheritance Cycle! I love stories about dragons but this series of 4 books has been my favorite so far!

Book 1 : Eragon (made into a movie, but too many changes)
Book 2 : Eldest
Book 3 : Brisignr
Book 4 : Inheritance

The ending is a bit of a let down (romantically) but reading these 4 books was really thrilling in itself!

Almost finished with The Girl Who Kicked the Hornetls Nest. FABULOUS. Next I'll probably read the Hunger Games since I've been hearing good things about it.

I read and LOVED the Hunger Games as well.

Also what I've read lately:
The Help
The Shack (no words to describe how FABULOUS this book was)
The Art of Hearing Heartbeats
Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close

I'm reading a very good book right now by Vern Poythress entitled "Redeeming Science." It's about the positive relationship between theology and science. Poythress has a PhD in mathematics from Harvard and a PhD in theology from somewhere impressive! I haven't met him but I know people who know him, and they report that he is particularly gifted and prepared to address this subject but also quite humble. Praise God for men and women who are like this!
