I succeeded. I ordered a delicious 6 oz steak a la carte, a cup of chili, and a soda water to drink. I feel very full and satisfied. I really didn't need anymore than I ate. I have made it under my calorie goal for the day. I have almost 200 calories left so I might have a popsicle or a snack if I want one. Yay.

Yay, someone replied! I'm getting ready to head out the door right now. I'll let you know when I get back. Good job on your hard work today! I did a 30 minute exercise video and then finished watching a show on my treadmill for another 18 minutes of workout. Now I'm going into the lions den (Roadhouse Grill). I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for being a motivator!

Great plan. I think I logged 1300 calories today. Went to the gym and worked out like I was 30 years old. I did a bootcamp class and then a hardbody class.
Can't wait to hear how you did.

I was invited to join a group of ladies for dinner tonight at one of my favorite restaurants. I went online to check out the nutrition info for this restaurant and discovered that their dinners average thousands of calories. I am going to go and pick one item that I really want a la carte and then order a side of veggies. If I do this I will meet my nutrition goal for the day. My motivation is going to be that I can come back here and tell you all that I was successful. Maybe some of you want to join my challenge. Today is Superbowl and I read today that the average person will eat 4200 calories today. Join me and let's be able to tell each other we were the exception to that statistic!
