I've lost seven pounds over the past three months (through eating healthier and adding strength training to my workouts). Seven pounds doesn't sound like a lot but I had been plateaued for quite awhile before that. I've also gained muscle so I think I've lost more than seven pounds of fat. I am very pleased, and I'm trying not to feel guilty about indulging this weekend. Trying to believe that can have the occasional day where I eat whatever I want, and still maintain my body fat and muscle percentages.
