We're leaving on a long-awaited cruise on Sunday, and I am BELOW my majorette weight! I will not, REPEAT, will not - GAIN WEIGHT ON THIS CRUISE! I CAN eat anything - just teeny portions of it. And watch the sodium! (I'm bringing my own jar of cayenne - I HATE bland food.) Cruise ships will cook to order: ie - pan spray (no oil or butter) , no salt added, etc. I will NOT gain weight. I promise ME!
