I can't tell you the last time my weight was under 200. It has been a long time, I know this because I moved 5 years ago and I was over 200 at that time. So back on July 27th I set the goal to be under 200 lbs by the end of the year. Today when I weighed in the scale read 198.4, now the goal is to stay under 200 thru New Years.
Deep down I would like to see a drop of another 4 lbs. However, one week my pool is closed (different type of exercise will be in order), the next week I go home to my mothers (now I have eating challenges and different exercise). This is also the time of year I emotional eat, but so far I have been able to work my plan with that one.
Off to the mall I go, to purchase my reward. I have been wanting a charm for my bracelet. Instead of buying it, I decided it would be my reward when I reached my goal.
