Well I think we have all been there just one day at a time. And do not let the scale be a prison to you. You just work on it one meal at a time,. and remember you are never alone. you are a special person and will make it with pray and just check in us much as you like with us. Bless you.

I feel like I re-start every day. I never had to worry about my weight until last year when I turned 30 and it all went pear shaped. I am having to relearn how to eat and how to move after 30 years of being thin with no work.

Ehhh, many of us needed a trial run before we figured it out! This is my 3rd time here! I was a founding member when SP first started, then floundered and dropped out. I came back a couple of years ago and again, dropped out. I restarted 14 months ago and finally got it right. I have lost about 130# and have been at maintenance since July 21. You can do this, too! Let me know if I can help you.

Welcome Back! Glad you came back for another push! I too had a re-start and it "took". I suggest you join a team or two for some support and accountability.
Make sure you read blogs and success stories for motivation.
Try some of the many exercise demos and videos and don't forget those great spark recipes.
I've lost over 100 pounds and it was slowly, bit by bit. Just never give up!

Joined SP a year ago, uh, did not keep up with the things I should have and gained the weight back and then some. Re-started about a month ago. I am in a better place mentally about this journey and being more honest about dealing with weight/exercise life style changes.
