Hi, I'm a 48 yr old female. I joined spark a few years back, then stop checking in. I have been very good about not letting the weight I did lose come back on. I started SP at 205 and I am down to 160-163 (depends on whose scale you get on...lol). I am trying to get down to 140-145. I know and will do this. I would like to be at my goal by September 2014. I am celebrating my 50th birthday in Hawaii. I can hear the water lapping against the shore, feel the cool breeze in my hair and the warm sun against my skin. Ahhhh ... This is why I am back on SP. Over the past year I have fallen into some financial trouble which I am working on getting out of. I have cut all my excess spending. I know this trouble is short term and I won't ever let this happen again. It seems that this debt has caused me to look at my spending and eating habits. I am making better choices and I am not spending carelessly. I am hoping that I will be able to reach my goal within the next 90 days. This way I can be confident about my eating before vacation. Look forward to taking with you and establishing new friendships along the way. Tricia
