Maybe WELCOME isn't the appropriate comment, but rather WELCOME BACK! I was looking over your Spark page and I hope you will use all the benefits Spark has to offer! Sparkteams are a wonderful motivator and a great way to get to know people more closely. Friends provide the support necessary to make this journey successful! I've been on and off Spark training for a little over a year and, although I haven't reached all my goals, I move closer to most of them every day [by the way, I don't think I can do a pull-up either! LOL] Feel free to message me if you are needing some encouragement. I'm on almost every day, and most times I'm on several times a day! LET'S GET STARTED.....THE TIME IS NOW!
Well, I've recommitted myself in the last several weeks to Spark People. Now, I've got a Spark Page (which has never really been my thing). And, after starting to read "The Spark", I now have a more concrete goal in mind, which is to be within my healthy weight range within a year. Oh, yeah...and I have a goal to be able to do a pull up; something I could never do, even in the 5th grade when we had the Presidential Fitness Award!! Today I tried one at the gym - Yeah, I've got a ways to go on that goal
