My co-worker bought both, plus a number of other Dr. Oz specials. No weight loss whatsoever. Somehow, not eating the cookies and chips from the vending machine down the hall has never entered her mind as a possibility for weight loss.
Unfortunately I tried both, I fell for the hype. Even though I know better.
So nothing happened. Except the green coffee bean raised my blood pressure and made my heart race. As soon as that happened I stopped taking them. I hope I stopped soon enough and didn't cause any permanent damage.
I tried Rasberry Ketones and they did absolutely nothing for me either. The store sold me the chews and they are like candy but other than that notta.

I've tried raspberry keytones and they did absolutely nothing for me. I already work out 6 days a week (strength and cardio), and eat fairly well, and I took them because I was curious if it would shed that last 5 lbs. Nope! Also, the only clinical study I could find was one that was done on mice, not humans. If it looks too good to be true...
Yes, for several months I wasted my money on these. Ok as plecbos if you feel you need a "pill". Take Two M&M's, tic tacs, etc with a full glass of water a half hour before your largest meal convincing your self it will make you lose, the results are the same!

KFOREHAND23, most cleanses are scams, too; your body's not a toilet, and you can't flush it. Your liver and kidneys are already well equipped to rid your body of toxins and other things that aren't good for it, and cleanses don't speed nor help weight loss.
"Natural" is a marketing term that means absolutely nothing as far as your health's concerned; it's not regulated anyway, so manufacturers can use it with only a fraction of the ingredients being actually "natural" -- there are actually a lot of "natural" things that are actually harmful!
When choosing what to put in your body, avoid marketing scams, which unfortunately most of the weight-loss industry is full of. Cleanses aren't necessary, and may be harmful depending on the ones you choose (ever heard of master cleanse? Nothing but "natural" ingredients there, but people have landed in the hospital because of it.)
The only cleanse you need is one that affects your shelves and pantry. Cleanse your kitchen of processed foods. Cleanse your body with whole foods, instead of processed, prepackaged stuff. Whole foods do more than any pill or fad diet or cleanse will ever be able to do!
Everyone needs to understand that Dr. Oz is having discussions, not presenting fact, or even accepted opinion. Most of the time, he is just asking questions, like whether G.M.O. foods are safe or not, or whether green bean extract has any benefit.
The problem is, people take his debates as fact, and try to follow them. While they may be interesting debates to have, they are a poor way to live your life. His show is entertainment, not a substitute for healthy choices.

Cleanses and weight loss boosters don't work. Save your money and for the record, your body is equipped with all it needs to cleanse itself of toxins. The only thing they'll lighten is your wallet and they may cause harm.

I've actually not long finished trying these after my sister reccomended them, The ones I tried also had african mango in them and i can say whilst i noticed they did supress my appetitite a little I felt quite sickly with them after 4 weeks of trying them i had only lost 1lb. I actually lost more by being particular about what i am putting into my mouth and by logging in to here each day,keeping within a calorie range and exercising. (8lbs in 4 wks) I'm afraid it's the old more calories out than in that seems to work. Hope this helps!
I'm not looking for a quick fix. I've lost 50 lbs before with healthy lifestyle changes. But I don't see the problem with using a natural extract or something. That's what a lot of cleanses use and what not. wasn't sure if these were just diet pills or what
I don't know anything about the green coffee beans but I would not recommend trying the raspberry ketones. I've been doing some reading on the subject and I haven't found any good things about it. Sure, you'll find the great reviews about how people lost tons of weight in a short period of time and they never had to change their diet. That's a red flag right there. According to WebMD, there have been no tests on humans to see how it works and there have also been no studies done to show if prolonged use could cause damage. It just seems like too much of a risk for something that will give you the same results as a good healthy diet and exercise.

Media hype, promoted by a "doctor" who should have his license removed for the fringe science he likes to promote, as subsidized by the highest bidder.
Before taking *any* advice Dr. Oz recommends, read this:
I tried the green bean coffee extract after hearing so much about it. Even Dr. Oz talked about it (not that that is a good thing). It didn't do anything for me, no boost in weight loss.

I've heard of them, but I don't put any stock in those or other dietary supplements. As you've already pointed out, the testimonies are suspect. I'll stick with healthy lifestyle changes; I've lost over 50 lbs so far, so why change now?
I've been hearing about both of these lately. Has anyone tried either? Have you had any results? Or have you used any other dietary supplements that you've seen results with? I don't want to blindly spend the money to get something random off the shelf. And sometimes its hard to find true testimonies.
