I agree with the previous poster. The way to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off for good is through a healthy diet and regular exercise. No magic pills needed :)

Much of what Dr. Oz recommends is just snake oil. He's really gone down-hill on quality advice.

I'd say, save your money, eat a balanced, healthy diet, and exercise sanely.
