Nice accident!

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Congrats!

My first 5k was by accident, and what a fun surprise!

Good luck with your training; I'm sure you're time will keep ticking down.

Congrats. That is my goal, too. I can get to 5 miles, but 6 hasn't happened yet.

Great job!

Took off for my morning jog with the dog and because it was a weekend, wasnt paying too much attention to the time. So I was amazed when I finished to hear Lance Armstrong's voice in my Nike running app on my ipod congratulating me on running my fastest 10k ever -- I'd never even tried before.

Now I know it's possible, Ive signed up for the virtual 10k and will aim to improve my time (sure I can get better time if I don't have to bring poop bags!).
