GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? By not eating added sugar, using Omega3s, base meals on veggies, water aerobics at least 3X week and using NuStep when I can't get to the pool.

WEEK 12 Summary; Lost 3.6 lbs last week

Changes I made this last week; had a refeed day on sunday of 2500 which increased my daily cal avg by 100 to 2036; no complex carbs/starchy veggies on mon/wed/fri, 55 more min of fitness training this week
