You might want to ask this question in the fitness/exercise forum. There are many members who've left posts about Insanity, P90X, Zumba, etc... Haven't seen any posts for the rocking body. this must be a new product.
Here's the thing, what you do for exercise doesn't matter. When it comes to losing weight, what matters most is what you eat. Good nutrition is what takes the weight off and keeps it off. Exercise is what keeps our bodies fit and healthy. In short, you can't outrun a bad diet with exercise. If you want to lose weight, you have to eat right first.
What you do for exercise depends on your fitness goals.
