This glaze is one of my favorites for grilling meats... it works on pretty much anything... steak, chicken, pork. 1 serving is 30 calories according to the recipe builder, and you don't need much as it has a very strong flavor:

Ingredients

1/4 cup whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
2 teaspoons Spanish paprika
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl, cover, and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours before using.

Serving Size: 6 - makes 3/4 cup of glaze, enough to cover 2 lbs of meat

Ribs...take the ribs and par boil them for about 10 minutes....remove the thin layer of skin from them...season with paprika and Spice Island's Smoked salt....coat with a thin layer of BBQ sauce for 1 minute on each side b4 taking off the grill. Can do the same for chicken.

Easy Pork Chops
A chop has about 200 calories! Get center cut or loin chops which is leaner.
Grill chops 8 minutes on one side, 7 minutes on the other and then add a dollop of ketchup and a dollop of sour cream ontop and grill an additional minute each side.

Ribs in the oven, chicken i do on the grill whole skin and bone with seaoned salt, garlic salt and paprika.

We got a new gas grill last year and hadn't even hooked it up but gone to this year ! I need some good meat and veggie recipes low cal. How do you cook chicken or ribs on the grill ? emoticon emoticon
