This glaze is one of my favorites for grilling meats... it works on pretty much anything... steak, chicken, pork. 1 serving is 30 calories according to the recipe builder, and you don't need much as it has a very strong flavor:
Ribs...take the ribs and par boil them for about 10 minutes....remove the thin layer of skin from them...season with paprika and Spice Island's Smoked salt....coat with a thin layer of BBQ sauce for 1 minute on each side b4 taking off the grill. Can do the same for chicken.
Easy Pork Chops A chop has about 200 calories! Get center cut or loin chops which is leaner. Grill chops 8 minutes on one side, 7 minutes on the other and then add a dollop of ketchup and a dollop of sour cream ontop and grill an additional minute each side.
