What are you doing now, that you weren't doing before? I'm not sure why you would feel so extremely tired. It's not uncommon for our bodies to feel tired if we are exercising them now when they weren't getting that before. Make sure that you are getting enough water, as dehydration will also make you tired.
I would like to hear more about what you have changed.

I'm on day 3 right now and I find that I'm extremely tired even with 9 hours of sleep. Anyone else feeling like this?
