Hubby & I wake at 3-3:30 no matter what. Rare we sleep later.
Try not to worry too much. Life style changes are habit changes really and it takes time to solidify new habits.
Keep new goals reachable. Build on small successes. Over 3,4 years we've recreated ourselves and our life style without a diet.
You can too!! Be patient, celebrate every success no matter what it is

Just 2 days into my decision to lose weight and I have done really well.
I made the decision to only weigh once a week so that will be first thing Friday morning.
I have been awake since 3 am I am worried about messing up. I just keep thinking tomorrow will be a long day, and it sure will be with little sleep LOL

Why must we do this kind of crap to our selves?
