Sparkpeople says quinoa has 344 calories for 0.5 cups. I know calories vary by brand, but can it vary that much if it is a whole grain? I am tracking it but am having a hard time staying within my calories and staying satisfied when I eat it (maybe not getting as much calories because it is tracking high?). I'm also having a hard time finding a consistent calories estimate on-line. I got mine in bulk so I don't have a package to look at. Anyone figure this out before? Thanks!
