Thanks Deb, I have been good, no double counting lol tempting tho lol. I track it as the low impact arobics. Makes me feel more like I am working out more then just walking. Thanks for the help!!! Jayne
When you add to the mileage tracker it will automatically add to cardio. So if you track it as low-impact aerobics as well, that's double counting it.

I do Walk away the pounds video at home. I am right now doing the 1 mile video. Can I also count that as a 1 mile walk along with my low impact cardio? I don't want to cheat but it does say 1 mile lol Tell me what you think.
