I have been good, no double counting lol tempting tho lol. I track it as the low impact arobics. Makes me feel more like I am working out more then just walking.

Either-or, not both.

When you add to the mileage tracker it will automatically add to cardio. So if you track it as low-impact aerobics as well, that's double counting it.

I do Walk away the pounds video at home. I am right now doing the 1 mile video. Can I also count that as a 1 mile walk along with my low impact cardio? I don't want to cheat but it does say 1 mile lol Tell me what you think.
