You could just enter 45 mins of exercise into Quick Track and receive time credit for it. Calculating the calories is difficult for non-cardio things like yoga and pilates.
Otherwise, if you want a calorie estimate of some kind, enter it into cardio as low impact aerobics. This is a great catch-all entry for general movement. Of course, jump rope is high impact, but you probably didn't spend a lot of time on specifically that? If you did, maybe consider two entries. It would not be okay to put the yoga/pilates stuff in as high impact, but if you know how long you spent doing the high impact stuff you could log it separately.
