you would have to read the ingredient list to see is there are sugar alcohols in it. besides that, my next best guess would be rounding. 4.6 would be rounded up to 5. so that would take care of 1.6 cals of the difference, which would round up to 2. also, if fiber were .4, it would show as 0, but would still take out .4 g of carbs. so if there were only 4.6 carbs -.4 carbs, you'll get 4.2 carbs, multiply that out by 4 and get 16.8 cals.
