how many calories you burn will depend on your age, gender, weight, distance, speed, and intensity. Either invest in an HRM, or track your mileage/time and enter it in to the tracker here.

A HRM is not going to give you an accurate calorie burn for strength training. I figure any strength training I do is bonus and can only help, and only track my cardio calories burned.

"how do I track strength training here and calculate calories burned?"

Short answer... you don't.
No way of doing that unless you have a HRM.

you can track the walking under cardio, I use the map my own route feature. It takes into account how far and how long it took you to do it. But it is only an estimate. RE the ST calories...there is no way to track the calories burned on this site. You could use a Heart Rate Monitor to get an estimate...but if your not getting your heart rate up consistently I am not sure that will be accurate. Also from what I have read you will continue to burn calories after ST...But you really have to work the muscle to exhaustion in order to get the benefit of burn. The burn comes from the muscle repairing itself.

I usually do intense cardio and strength training, but have taken a couple days off to help some family members with stuff. I thought this morning I would go to a local park with trails and walk/lightly jog for about an hour. Approx. how many calories would I burn doing this?

Also, how do I track strength training here and calculate calories burned?

Blessings, Michelle
