I combine all the dry ingredients the night before and simply add two cups boiling water the next day to make my own soup.
1/2 cup cooked lentils
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1-2 cup(s) frozen veggies (any kind, but I like blends for variety), thawed
1 packet Herb-Ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon
1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
1/3 tsp smoked paprika
