Exactly what Yojulez says...also easier on the sour cream that often comes with it, but you can pretty much go crazy with the salsa in lieu. What I do is have 1 loaded tortilla, and then I eat more with all the ingredients without the tortilla. Enjoy! yumm!!!

Fajitas! Just skip the tortillas, or just have one. Corn are better than flour. Go easy on the rice & beans or skip them altogether.

I've been told we're going out for Mexican for dinner. Sounds good to my taste buds, but not my calorie range. What's my best best to eat yummy AND healthy?
