Exactly what Yojulez says...also easier on the sour cream that often comes with it, but you can pretty much go crazy with the salsa in lieu. What I do is have 1 loaded tortilla, and then I eat more with all the ingredients without the tortilla. Enjoy! yumm!!!

Fajitas! Just skip the tortillas, or just have one. Corn are better than flour. Go easy on the rice & beans or skip them altogether.
